Join <Invalid Target>

<Invalid Target> was created with the launch of the Burning Crusade. Our goal was to conquer Illidan and have a good time doing it. We were very succesful in this regard and I believe we have developed a great formula for enjoying World of Warcraft while avoiding the burnout that other guilds seem to fall into. Our goal in Wrath of the Lich King will be to defeat all of the content available to us yet again.
We are a tight knit group of players who love the game and love to push our characters as far as we possibly can. We don't have any room for slackers or people who require hand holding. We only raid three nights per week, so we do require that all of our members are focused and sharp players.
Our members are very dedicated players who enjoy the game immensely but more importantly we enjoy playing the game TOGETHER. We use a fair DKP system for all end game content that will allow any member to earn loot while raiding. It should also be noted that if you are easily offended by crude humor <Invalid Target> might not be the place for you. The process of joining <Invalid Target> has three phases to it.

Phase One: APPLICATION
You will need to create an account on this forum. Please use the name of your main (applying) character when you create the account. After that plesae fill out the application located HERE. You will be judged on the quality of your application as well as the information provided in it. Someone who is not willing to take the time to fill out an application correctly is probably not willing to put much effort into the guild either. Once you have submitted your application you will be notified within a few days wether or not we are moving on to the next phase.

Phase Two: INTERVIEW
If your application is approved we will move on to the interview stage. We like to take the time to get to know every applicant and give them a chance to get to know us. You will be asked to join our Ventrilo server to talk with our guild officers. We may be asking a lot questions so please make sure you will be able to give us your attention during this phase.

Phase Three: INVITATION
If all goes well in the interview you will be asked to join the guild. There will be a two week initiation period before becoming a full member of the guild. During this time please make an effort to get to know us and let us know about you as well. After the two week period the guild will decide wHether or not you are a good fit. It also gives you time to decide if you feel at home in the guild. Since your membership will depend on how comfortable we feel with you as a person and a player, it might not be a good idea to apply if you do not plan to be online much for two weeks of your initiation period.
